Once we align on the direction, we create a 3D CAD rendering so you can see your piece before it goes into production.

4. Production

After approval, your piece moves into production. Most projects are completed within 1–2 weeks.

5. Delivery

We perform a final quality check and hand-deliver or ship your finished piece—ready to be worn and loved.

Yes, Diamonds by Rob offers select repair services for fine jewelry, including cleaning, resizing, prong tightening, and stone replacement. Whether you purchased your piece from us or elsewhere, feel free to reach out and we’ll assess how we can help bring your jewelry back to life.

For non-custom jewelry, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom pieces are final sale, due to the personalized nature of the work. That said, we stand behind our craftsmanship and are always happy to address any concerns you may have.
