At Diamonds by Rob, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in creating high-quality, custom-crafted jewelry and strive to ensure every purchase exceeds your expectations. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Custom Orders
- All custom jewelry orders are final sale and non-refundable. This includes custom designs, personalized items, and pieces created specifically to your specifications.
- Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before production begins.
- Once a design is approved by the customer, Diamonds by Rob is not responsible for changes or dissatisfaction unless an error on our part has occurred.
2. Non-Custom Products
- Eligibility for Return: Non-custom products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees and other service charges are non-refundable.
- Exclusions: Earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Shipping and Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Diamonds by Rob.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Orders@diamondsbyrob.com or 914-727-0023.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging to help us assess the issue.
- We will either repair, replace, or refund the item based on the nature of the defect.
5. Lab-Grown and Natural Diamonds
- Lab-grown and natural diamonds sold by Diamonds by Rob are verified for quality and authenticity. Any discrepancies or concerns must be reported within 7 days of receipt for resolution.
- Diamond trade-ins or upgrades are subject to our discretion and must meet specific conditions.
6. Exchanges
- Non-custom products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns. If the new item exceeds the original value, the price difference must be paid.
7. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
